How much does it actually cost for a typical event?
A 5-hour birthday party for 80 people in the Front Space: $250/hr × 5hrs = $1,250 + $200 cleaning fee = $1,450 total. No surprise add-ons. Tables, chairs, sound system, screen, and bar area all come with it.
Can I bring my own caterer and alcohol?
Yes — no restrictions. Bring any caterer you want. You can provide your own alcohol or hire a licensed bartender. We don't have an exclusive list, and we don't charge extra for outside vendors.
Is parking actually easy? I've heard SODO is tough.
4 private spots on-site for the host/vendors plus free street parking immediately around the building. SODO is quieter on evenings and weekends — most guests find parking within a block. Easy access from I-5, I-90, and 99.
What types of events work here?
